Terms of Service

By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.
Any statement is subject to change.

I hold all copyright to my artwork.
Commissioner may re-post and use the commission without majorly editing the artwork.
I reserve the right to use, publish, livestream and record the commissioned artwork/process to share and promote on Patreon and other social media unless discussed otherwise.
Credits must be given to the artist.
Commissioner is not allowed to reproduce or alter commissioned piece to resell for profit.
If commisioner would like to buy rights to the commissioned art, extra 70% charges of the total commission will incur. That includes raw editable files up to 3-5 times OG price.
If commissioned for fanart of an existing series or franchise, I reserve the right to sell the artwork at any given point.
The following is considered copyright infringement:
Reproducing / using the copyrighted artwork commercially; means making money off it in any way.
Claiming the artwork as your own.
Removing my signature.
Altering the artwork without my consent.

All commissions must all be paid in full upfront, I will not begin work on a commission until full payment is received (larger payments may be split up upon discussion).
Commissions are in $USD only.
Any payment are made through PAYPAL.
PayPal invoice will be sent to the commissioner after agreement between artist and commissioner.
These are non-commercial, personal use only. If you are interested in doing merchandise, you must pay 25% aditional regarding royalties/buying the rights.

I start on the requested art only after i get the payment.
I will only start on sketches after I receive all required details from the commissioner.
For all commission types you will receive a sketch for initial approval I do unlimited revisions during the sketching phase, after you're satisfied with the sketch, no more changes will be made.
After I've received the payment, I will start on your commission.
Turn around time will be between 20-40 days to 2 months, or longer depending on the amount of commission. If I ever anticipate taking longer I'll be sure to inform you as soon as I can.
If you have a deadline, this must be disclosed before I begin. I generally don't do rush orders and if I do it will require a large fee.

You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment is received and I started working on it.
If money has not been sent yet the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.
